AI-Generated Content & Results
Render→Photo uses AI image generation to produce photorealistic product images. AI output is inherently variable — results depend on your 3D model, viewing angle, aesthetic direction, and the underlying AI models. We do not guarantee any specific quality, style, or accuracy of generated images. Getting great results typically requires experimentation across angles and aesthetic directions. This is a characteristic of AI technology, not a defect in the service. You are responsible for reviewing all generated images before using them in any marketing, commercial, or public context.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the 3D model files and any assets you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you have the rights to use that content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant Render→Photo a limited license to process your uploads solely for the purpose of generating your requested images.
Use of Generated Images
Images generated through Render→Photo are provided for your personal and commercial use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any generated images comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies before using them publicly or commercially. Render→Photo makes no warranties regarding the fitness of generated images for any particular purpose.
No Guarantees
AI-generated images may contain errors, artifacts, or inaccuracies. Render→Photo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific use case.
Credits & Billing
Credits are consumed when a generation is submitted, regardless of whether the resulting image meets your expectations. Credits are non-refundable except in the case of a technical failure, in which case they are automatically restored. Subscription plans renew monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Subscription pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
Data & Privacy
Uploaded 3D files and generated images are stored on secure servers to provide our service and allow you to access your history. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Render→Photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to the use of generated images in commercial contexts.
